The number a venue never publishes
Everyone quotes a per head price. Nobody quotes what the NEXT guest costs, and on our contract the two are not close. Below 59 guests the minimum spend is doing the pricing, so the 41st guest is free. Above it, each new guest costs $85 while the average sits at $140.

The Long Barn
Seventeenth century oak, a floor that takes a band, and doors that open onto the orchard.

Saturdays belong to whoever booked them, so viewings run Tuesday to Thursday. Half an hour, no pitch, and you keep the fee sheet.
